Políticas de Cancelación
Cancellation and change: all notices of cancellation or reservation change must be received in writing and be confirmed by the B&B.

For cancellations:
- 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded;
- 30 to 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be retained for a future stay;
- 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 1 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER

Included services: parking, pool, air conditioning, satTV, internet WIFI, safe, bath and bed linen.
Services on demand: breakfast at buffet (euro 7,00 per adult, euro 4,00 per child), baby-cot (euro 5,00 per night), restaurant, when opened during the week
To pay apart: tourist tax

The tax is 0,50 € per person per night for the rooms, and € 1.00 per person per night for the apartments.
Children under 14 do not pay the holiday tax.
